#1: Find a fair reason of rising before the Sun
I mean make a list of things/ desires you want to buy during current Calendar Year. Search which are the first 12 items on your list and allocate 1 such thing for each month to be bought.

Make an action plan to correlate each thing with a new skill to be learnt each month. To practice new skill you will have to add hours to your day, which would be possible by rising up early in the morning because late night practices consume more of energy.

Unless you satisfactorily learn a skill each month, do not buy that most desired thing/ item that month. Hence, this will provide a fair reason for you to Rise Everyday Before The Sun.

#2: Alarming Techniques
Most of us have the problem of having reverse circadian rhythm working for longer hours at night. But we can train ourselves by using decent alarming techniques.

Put multiple alarms (3-5 at span of 5 minutes) each having 1 reason why should you wake up early from bed today recorded in your own voice set as Alarm Ringtone. This will lead to an innate motivation to wake you up early every morning.

#3: Accompany Heroes in Morning Solitude
What I mean by this is read a classic literature having tales of heroism every morning to get inspired by their deeds and get a boost for remaining day. You yourself can be your own hero too! I mean by revising and polishing your own strengths during silent solitude of mornings you will be able to rediscover the HERO undercover.
